Extract from Terms & Conditions of Trade:

3.2 Subject to clauses 3.3 and 3.5, full payment must be made within 14 days of the date of our invoice, unless a credit agreement is in place, in which case payment is due by the end of the month.

3.3 We reserve the right to require payment in full on delivery of the goods or completion of the services.

3.5 Payment by cheque is not deemed to have been made until the proceeds of the cheque have cleared.
